About the event
The Explore & Restore Retreat is an intentional self care experience for women. This retreat utilizes movement, nature, fellowship and service to create an impactful weekend for the attendee. This experience is an opportunity for attendees to focus on their self care, goals, dreams and more! Â During our time together, we will take a hiking excursion, share meals, practice yoga, meditate, play games, laugh, dance connect with one another. Set right outside Lake Texoma in Kingston, Oklahoma, attendees will have the opportunity to explore the property and visit local shops.Â
The retreat is desigend to encourage maximize rest and relaxation. We have built time into the schedule to allow for individual quality time. A detailed retreat schedule will be provided to attendees after registreation.Â
